cloud out loud
It’s my pleasure to introduce the new Engine Yard Cloud Out Loud podcast series, the premier discussion forum for important topics in Ruby, Rails and the cloud. We will be interviewing the brilliant people who have contributed their time and energy into advancing these technologies and ensuring that they are useful for developers, who use them to create amazing applications.
Podcast interviews will last between 15 to 20 minutes and will incorporate your listener contributed questions. The interviews will be fun and informal–they are meant to acquaint the audience with folks from both Engine Yard and the larger Ruby on Rails community, so please submit whatever types of questions you want. If you are interested in contributing questions, or have suggestions for interesting topics or speakers, let us know!
You can keep an eye on the @engineyard Twitter feed for announcements about upcoming podcasts. Also, feel free to drop me a line at dkhan at engine yard dot com.
If your question is included in the interview, we will send you our fancy new Engine Yard T-shirt (shown below–modeled by our own Dr. Nic Williams). On that note, we hope you’ll enjoy and check out our inaugural podcast, now available on iTunes and the Engine Yard Cloud Out Loud podcast page! In our first podcast episode, we interview Dr. Nic and discuss JRuby, Rubinius, Continuous Integration and why Windows users are people, too.
