This week we interview Sarah Allen of Blazing Cloud. Matt Reider, the Director of Professional Services and Training at Engine Yard, talks with Sarah about why Ruby makes people happy. They discuss the Ruby ecosystem and various methods of teaching people who are new to Ruby / Rails (such as teaching them about gems first).
