Engineering Updates

In addition to working on several access control projects that are close to being early access (hopefully next week!), this week we announced a new level of support available for customers: Managed.

Managed support provides what can only be described as an incredibly robust and flexible level of support in which Engine Yard is actively involved in managing your running application on your behalf. Managed Support also has the flexibility to handle unique customer requirements – for example, if you want full support for a language or data stack we do not currently have as part of our main platform.

You can read all about the new support offering here, or chat with your account representative if you have questions! Social Calendar (Come say hi!)

Monday, November 18th - Wednesday, November 20th: We’re so excited to sponsor the very first ZendCon Europe in Paris! Stop by our booth, say hello, and make sure to catch Davey’s closing keynote on the Evolution of DevOps.

Tuesday, November 19th: Our Dublin HQ is happy to host Ruby Ireland again. The agenda this week: Turning your monolithic monster into mini-mutants by Gavin Joyce.
